| This is a grade 2 listed building, constructed in 1752, and modified in 1817. It had been largely unoccupied since 1990. We were able to define a range of viable options for the building, including office, residential and hotel uses, or a combination of a number of these. The building has been successfully marketed and negotiations for its future adaptation for mixed use are in hand. |
